CMA CGM introduces new Dakar-Ziguinchor line in Senegal

CMA CGM has announced the launch of a new line providing regular container shipping service between Dakar and Ziguinchor. The 3,500-ton ANAMCARA 3 will transport containers and other cargo between Dakar and Ziguinchor at least once a week. Transit time will be less than 24 hours, compared to the two- to three-day trip required for ground transportation. This new service will help open up the Casamance region.
