UK Regional airport to close for three weeks

A UK regional airport served by Ryanair Holdings and bmibaby is to close for almost three weeks in December, Dow Jones.   Newquay Airport in Cornwall, southwest England, said it would close to commercial flights from December 1 to December 20 as part of a transition in ownership from the Royal Air Force to the local authority.   The airport said it would put in place unspecified contingency measures to minimize disruption.   CargoNewsAsia
