Icelandair moves North American headquarters

Icelandair said it will relocate its North American headquarters from Columbia, Md., to Quincy, Mass.   “Our presence (in Boston) will allow us to be more active in the community as well as being involved with local events and initiatives,” said Thorsteinn Egilsson, Icelandair’s general manager for the Americas, in a statement.   This year, the national airline of Iceland has made a number of changes to its business, including adding a gateway in Seattle and new flights to European destinations, such as Stavanger, Dusseldorf, Brussels, Glasgow and Manchester.   American Shipper
