services, chilled and frozen storage, and duty-free warehouses, said “We are
honored to have received this prestigious award and thankful for the valuable
advice and recommendations from the judging committee which we can leverage on
and become more competitive globally. One of our key strengths we believe has
earned us this award is the development of our Cold Chain Management System or
CCMS. CCMS is a single platform which seamlessly integrates every work function
concerning our free-zone warehousing and cold storage with temperature ranging
from -40 to +25 degrees Celsius. CCMS allows us to record any movement of all
goods through barcoding system and radio-frequency identification (RFID) and
track the current status of the goods in real-time minimizing possible errors
and reducing manpower. The design of the system was to meet every type of
storage needs for all customers.”

Officer/Founder of LEO Global Logistics Public Company Limited, one of
Thailand’s leading total logistics service providers with over 29 years of

received ELMA in 2016, again decided to apply for this year’s award and as a
result has been selected as the winner of ELMA 2019 in International Freight

service excellence, boosts the company’s competitive advantage, and increases
customer confidence. We believe that the continuous
development of our in-house Cyber Freight Software Package (CSP) program is one
of our company’s key strengths. In the past year, we developed our new in-house
mobile application called “Book LEOY” allowing our customers to book our
delivery services via their smartphones and tablets. This also results in a
long-term cost reduction and a significant workload reduction for employees as
booking process is easier and more convenient for our customers.”
