BAWC increases fuel surcharge

British Airways World Cargo has increased its fuel surcharge. The new rate will be GBP0.75 / USD1.15 / EUR1.15, effective 13 June.   The fuel surcharge increase follows a second consecutive week that the fuel index has been above the level 23 threshold. Adam Carson, senior manager revenue management, BAWC, said: “Fuel prices continue to climb and as a result it is necessary to increase our fuel surcharge, in line with the index."                                                                     Aircargo Asia Pacific
