OOCL launches Indonesia dedicated feeder

OOCL now start a new dedicated feeder service between Singapore and Surabaya, Indonesia starting Aug. 11, the Hong Kong carrier said Friday.   The new service, called the Surabaya Feeder Service (SBY), is solely operated by OOCL and will be OOCL’s first dedicated service calling Surabaya.   “The new SBY service has been launched to provide a more stable service for our customers, and also to solve the shortage of slot availability in the market,” the carrier said in a statement.   The service will use one 1,200 TEU vessel, providing weekly service to and from Surabaya.   American Shipper
