Kenyan carrier expanding cargo network

European Cargo Services (ECS) will work as cargo general sales agent in 15 countries in Europe for Kenyan all-cargo airline Astral Aviation.   The 15 territories include Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Scandinavia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and Ukraine.   Under the terms of the deal, ECS will feed cargo into Astral's hub in Nairobi through Qatar Airways, one of Astral's interline partners.   Astral's scheduled and charter services destinations include Ethiopia, Sudan, Eritrea, Djibouti and Somalia. It also serves Seychelles, Madagascar, Mauritius, Reunion, Comoros and Mayotte in the Indian Ocean.   CargonewsAsia
