Dragonair increased its freighter services between Hong Kong and Xiamen to three times a week on last week to meet demand to and from the Fujian city. The airline will use a Boeing 747 Freighter on the route.
Passenger flights to Ningbo will be increased from seven to 10 a week from July 21, while passenger flights to Xiamen will be increased by four to a total of 18 per week from September 1.
“The passenger and cargo enhancements will help strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a leading aviation hub and gateway to Mainland China,” Dragonair chief executive officer Kenny Tang.

- Hong Kong/Xiamen, KA506 - Tue/Wed/Fri, departs 04:30, arrives 05:50.
- Xiamen/Shanghai, KA507 - Tue/Wed/Fri, 07:20,09:10.
- Shanghai/Hong Kong, KA507 - Tue/Wed/Fri, 11:45, 14:15.
