K’Line will next week take space on the weekly Central-China/Red Sea (CRS) service of Hapag Lloyd and Wan Hai Lines.
The Japanese carrier's involvement on the service will commence on Feb. 20 in Shanghai. The CRS uses six vessels of about 1,200 TEUs with a full rotation of Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Shekou, Singapore, Port Kelang, Jeddah, Aqaba, Hodeidah, Port Kelang, Singapore, Hong Kong and back to Shanghai.
K’Line already operates the Red Sea Service (RSS) in partnership with Pacific International Lines. The RSS uses seven vessels of about 2,000 TEUs calling Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Shekou, Singapore, Aden, Jeddah, Aqaba, Sokhna, Aden, Singapore, Lam Chabang, Shekou and Shanghai.
