Shareholders approve merger

Shareholders for US carriers Delta and Northwest have approved proposals to combine the two airlines.   The final hurdle to the merger is the approval from US regulators and a pending federal lawsuit aiming to block the deal must be resolved.   The combined airline will keep the Delta name along with its Atlanta headquarters.   Aircargo Asia Pacific
