India implements ASEAN deal

India has implemented its 2003 agreement with Association of Southeast Nations (ASEAN) countries and opened its cargo and passenger air space to ASEAN members under an open-sky agreement.   Once the logistics are agreed, designated airlines from ASEAN members will fly into India and Indian carriers fly to the 10 ASEAN countries.   ASEAN members are Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Brunei and Laos.   Aircargo Asia Pacific
